Our goal is to offer all our guests a comfortable, safe and high-quality stay. Please read our hotel policy carefully.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is available from 15:00.
Check-out is until 11:00.

For early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. This service is subject to availability.

Reservations and Payments

A deposit may be required in order to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival or according to the terms of the reservation. Payments are accepted in cash, by credit card or debit card.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of reservation. In case of no-show, and if a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in any indoor area of the hotel. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. This policy is applied for reasons of hygiene, safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout our premises. Thank you for your understanding.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or to the common areas of the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for the repair or restoration of any damages.

Personal Belongings

The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the safe deposit box where available.

Number of Guests

Only the guests declared in the reservation are allowed to stay in the room. Visitors are allowed only after informing the reception.
